Hello and welcome, I'm Kay. I’ve seen some things, done some things, and have been through some things. I believe in love and respect for all, the healing power of the sun, and the balance between enjoying life and going after the life you want.

Stick around for tons of content about tips and tricks, healing and dealing with an invisible chronic illness, working through trauma and CPTSD, LGBTQ+ content I'm bisexual who prefers other women- 2 mischievous pups, local Colorado Solo adventuress, and traveling adventures from the mountains to Universal and Disney Parks to the beach, and everything in between. I'm in the process of being newly divorced (June 2026) after ending a twenty-year relationship, so I'm opening my horizons and putting myself out there.

Kay is a loving pet mom, a Colorado-born lover of all things Colorado, an avid writer and reader, a great cook and a chef classically trained in culinary arts, and a driven, hard-fighting CHRONIC ILLNESS WARRIOR who has always been at peace in nature and during fall.
